Hmmm, It belongs to the Finno-Ugric language family, which I have no feeling for, but IS agglutinative, which makes me an instant fan. Awesome. Thanks for the tip.

Agh, you're killing me here. This has to be the most ruthless, unglorified killfest game I've ever played. My poor, poor limbs. And now I'm getting off my ass and registering on a forum, only to find that the game is no longer being developed? Why, God, why? What changed? There is a solution! Marriage? Divorce! Kids? Day Care! Work? Slacking! This game is such a gem in its current state. Hard not to wish that it hit the grand world of one point oh-dom.

Judging from the age of the guy which looks like one of the devs in the graphics file, he was probably a college student at the time. He probably got a nice job programming at some big firm making a great salary. It's natural the rogue-like hobby would fall by the wayside. Perhaps we should start selling t-shirts and mugs with the art from the cover screen to generate some money to inspire the devs... I dunno.

Still alive and great that you found my pic :-) We've (me, holy and kahvi) been planning a get together next week, but this time I'm not promising any progress. If you are lucky we'll write some code. A release is however unlikely.

And the guy in the graphics files is kahvi when he missed a deadline. :)

Hexi, it might be resourceful to analyze IVAN's current situation in the announcement board, in a form of a few lines post. It'd satisfy many of us, who are wondering about this marvellous game's current status. To know it's barely breathing is better than not knowing anything certain... Not to say that I'd be suspecting anything like that, you just said that you guys are still working on it. Thank you for that.
