I think the lyre of charm is better, as it only charms the woman which is close to you, not women of all types and ages (there is not much use for those female kobolds or three-year old girls), and it regenerates its power. I also suggest to use ommel tears instead of ommel pheromones, since they have a permanent effect and also increase perception.

the fact its permanent is sometimes a bad point though. I had to kick a few women i grew tired of, and who 'd kept following me everywhere. Throwing something at them works too. Still i would say not to follow frm_stterm's noob advice. Pheromons in bottles dont spawn much more than lyre of charm and you cant attract lesbian girls with it.
