The CVS version is the version that was 'released' recently by those of us that can code in C++, that is basically the Work In Progress version of IVAN, it's state when the devs last worked on it. As for the wiki, what are you talking about? It's still down. And if you ask when it'll be back up I'm going to have to hit you.
