No, what is a light scribe ? Btw, i did my homework for this weekend ! So here's danny. There's stuff i should change but my hand hurts too much after those hours of coloring. So i'll stop there i think. A ruby armor is really **** to draw and after some time there's just some stuff i just didnt bother drawing in details. Maybe his armor should be more orange. Do you have any critics to do? I'm sure there's some things i should really change but since i just spent several hours looking at this picture i cant see those anymore. I need an objective eye. :)

Ah, I know what was bothering me. If the armor is made or ruby, and since ruby is transparent, shouldnt we be seeing THROUGH the armor? Perhaps some "underarmor" that Danny is wearing should be showing beneath the shiny, ruby armor (I suggest underarmor because Im not all that interested in seeing his groin).

I dunno... As cool as the detail of the armor color and such is, he doesn't look... "dark knight" enough. The blue works, but the red kinda kills it. At least, that much of that shade of red. I mean, it's the right shade for a ruby IMO, but... it just seems like it would look better if it were darker. And freelance is somewhat right; perhaps just a hint of like... a leather tunic or something underneath the armor. Go go transparancy! (Good luck with that -- I hope you have photoshop!)

I think he should look a bit more battle-worn. He looks like a brand-new off-the-lot car right now.

Why not add a black robe under the armour? Not a cloack, just a robe. It'd hide some skin, but hey - that's just realistic. If realism counts in IVAN, which I doubt. I'm moving out today, so no internet for a month or so... I wonder if I can make it. Well, I can always go to the library... =( Keep the fanfic up!

Nice! I really like the scimitar 8) . Despite the fact that it's supposed to be a two-handed weapon, Danny's got enough strength to use it one-handed so that's all right. I kinda agree with the others on the platemail, though. Try a darker shade of red, I think that might do the trick. Oh, and seeing as how you drew this based on the sprite and not the equipment, I think his helm and boots should be a little darker as well. Excellent work though! A round of applause is in order, at least! :D Oh, and Freelance, rather than a robe (it'll cover up his armour!), I suggest just going with what he's already got. A dragon hide cloak 8)

We were thinking about putting the robe inside the armor, actually, but perhaps he could wear something more rugged like dragonscale boxers or something! :D Just kidding. Actually a v-neck samurai kimono type thing under the armor might look pretty cool.

wowow. Drawing the armor under the transparent ruby armor would be like ... ultimate difficulty. And i dont think it can show good even if done by a professional. Would not be easy to understand i think. i ll test. Maybe giving a "hint " of a tunic like atomic said. I ll darken him. And try to add the cloak. And try to make his equipment look more used. I tried to that to his helmet ( there is two graze on his helmet ) My fan art contribution speed is going to pretty much slow down. Still have to work on my personnal game ( havnt in a week ). ( And OF COURSE i have photoshop ! How could i live without that ! ) And thanks for your help everyone!

And what about making an armor with face instead of an armor like the metal ones? Hard to explain, but faces likes ruby stone have... And it could be a cool style, maybe ;)

haaaa darkstalker's character are really kick ass :roll: I think planplan meant the faces of a precious stones. Not a real face ? Well i d love to draw him another armor. its true it would be cool. But i wont time or courage to draw this again. Or maybe as a sketch but not in colors.
