permanently slowed?
1st post here I seem to be permanently slowed, which really blows!! I have trouble fighting lots of things that would be a lot easier if I were up to speed I've been Slowed for as long as I remember, which is pretty long since I am up to 240 hp right now (probably ~180 without my meteoric steel arms) Is there any way to get rid of this permanently? Nothing seems to work. PS - IVAN rules!

You're lucky I looked at this post, because your name kind of looks like a spam bot's. It has indeed been discussed, though lightly, that you can get any said effect permanently. It is most commonly aquired through fountains, and excessive use of wands. Sorry, can't help you beyond that.
