Found that while browsing: http://rltiles.sourceforge.net/ Those tiles are under Public domain graphical tileset, so you can use them as you want. Besides, D. Gervais made some tiles for Angband a while ago, you can have a look at them there: http://pousse.rapiere.free.fr/tome/ (tiles library) You would have to ask him his permission if you want to use them.
