I've practiced doing kaishaku (Muso Shinden Ryu Shoden Junto kata) hundreds of times. Not against a real target, though. It's a really simple kata, but I'm not going into details because it's appropriate according to the bushido, but I can tell you that the kesagiri performed by the kaishakunin is done with a daito, like every move in iaido.
