Can you tell anything special about the games whose saves crash? It is a known problem that saves get occasionally corrupted if the game terminates abruptly, but we can't do much about it if we don't know what caused the original crash. Also, save-scumming and other abnormal ways to use saves are dangerous; you shouldn't for instance ever load an autosave unless the game has really blown up and you try to recover your precious game. Also, the wizard mode option of not removing sames when quitting is not tested throughoutly. It probably causes lots of bugs like this. You are right that the corrupted files should be removed by the game, instead of forcing the user to do this. We'll add some sort of "This savefile is corrupt. Delete it? " question to the continue game code at some point. In the meantime, remove those saves that crash and if possible report us what you did in the games immediately before they were corrupted.

If it happens again I'll let you know what I did... All I remember is saving, quitting, then loading again the next day. Although... I do also remember starting a new game in the meantime. I may also have saved it. Could that have anything to do with it?
