Why don't you make a different themed dungeon fork? Carnivorous plants already have a mother, and a level in UT.I was practicing. And I thought they needed a grandmother. :D Good point. Some strong multiplying plants will be a real pain, though... I'm rooting for you anyway.

Hey, yeah, here's a thought, maybe if someone starts creating major mods, for IVaN, someone could make a Monty Python mod, that doesn't sound like a half bad idea to me, if it's possible...

I'm trying to learn C++ so that I can mod IVAN a little. Still I don't have the skills to even try but I do have som ideas. The major mods idea could be great, like different branches of IVAN. If someone would like to try then I would like a steampunk version of IVAN. There is another rougelike out there that we could steal ideas from; Steamband. (This is getting a bit off-topic but wouldn't it be cool if we had like steamweapons that will shoot arrows or such? Someone make the pics for it! ;P)

There is already a rule that each new version of IVAN requires another Monty Python reference (together with several other things). So a mod is not required for that.

Ohh man, now I have a reason to start learning C++, and not procrastinate, this sounds really awsome, I would love a steampunk version of IVaN.
