A decent roguelike. Not bad at all.
Notable events:

- Got a broken meteoric plate mail and a dagger on level one. Continually burdened from this point on. Even a girdle of carrying didn't help.
- Found a fountain. Got sucked into it and was dropped down two levels.
- Tried eating a dead spider. Vomited a lot, and bits of me started bleeding. Wore off soon enough.
- A repair scroll fixed my armour, an enchant scroll made it +1.
- A meteoric steel sword dropped from a zombie. Eventually reached about 8/11 in skill levels.
- Carnivourous plants spawned on me at regular intervals. Became exhausted, and couldn't rest due to constant harassment.
- Found a room full of the plants, with a named leader in the middle.
- Found wands of striking and fireballs.
- Lost an arm to a greater carnivorous plant, and could no longer wield the sword, so switched to the wand of striking, to good effect.
- Tried out the fireball wand on the carnivorous plant leader. Got incinerated by the blast.

wow, that sounds amazing. I hope my first play session is as much fun!

Great to see there's new people coming by and finding the game though. Hope to see you peoples over on the real forums!

I suppose it's a good thing some of us swing by here from time to time to blow the dust off things...
