Those tiles are under Public domain graphical tileset, so you can use them as you want.

Besides, D. Gervais made some tiles for Angband a while ago, you can have a look at them there:

You would have to ask him his permission if you want to use them.

Looks nice . But I have this feeling the IVAN developers prefer their graphics original ;).
