According to the CVS they have already planned to disallow climbing stairs while overloaded. I think they'll still allow decending of stairs.

Most assuredly. You wouldn't think I'd ruin the spirit of IVAN by adding something without making a worst case senario involving multiple dismemberments practically inevitable?
