I was going through the various gods to see what different things they would do when you angered them beyond belief, and I've figured out the actual effects of all of them except Seges. The game gives the message:

"You feel Seges altering the contents of your stomach in an eerie way"

And then... nothing happens. Does anything else actually happen, or is it just that message?

I don't remember the right word, but you get a "worm" in your stomach. And it'll start eating you. Nasty I say, but antidote liquid will save you!

I've see both the parasite and the disappearing food things. Seges is usually nice to me, but MAN does she seem to hate werewolves who eat ommel cerumen.
