Is there alredy moblie version of ivan? If not then it would be great to have it to series 80 and 9210 communicators.

It's something to think about. I personally know nothing about cell phones or such, considering I don't own one, and due to the current lack of activity from the devs I doubt a mobile version of IVAN will be happening in the forseeable future.

Don't most mobile phone games have to be in Java?

Now there would be something... a Java port of Ivan. I'd do so many feindish things with that.

a portable version of IVAN would be nice, yes, but as Atomic says, the devs are not making much progress with the next version, much less with a mobilized IVAN.

I'd love to see a pocket pc or palm port, though I *could* run it on a zaurus I don't see getting one for a long time.

I don't know anything about how difficult porting to other systems is, but more popular rogue-likes like nethack seem to have ports in abundance. Maybe some of you coders could tell us how much work is involved.
